Tokyo Inter-Arts Curriculum Vitae

 The first activity of Tokyo Inter-Arts was the “Inter-Arts Concert” at the O.A.G. (Ostasiatische Gesellschaft) in Tokyo in 1991. The group consists of Japanese traditional musicians, playing koto, shamisen and shakuhachi.

 Their aim is to promote friendship between Japan and other countries through their music. They plan many concerts overseas and introduce classical & modern Japanese music with traditional instruments. They also contribute for many international cultural exchange programs in Japan
